Welcome to my sugar free-ish corner of the internet.
I’m on a journey to eat more mindfully, cook with whole ingredients, and create desserts and everyday meals that are completely free of refined sugar — but still full of joy, flavor, and comfort.
I am no kitchen professional! I actually work a typical 9-5 as a fashion designer during the week. I stumbled into the world of wellness and nutrition on my own journey to feel my best. You can read more about it here!
Anyways, I plan to stay faceless for now. I want the experiments, recipes, and stories to speak for themselves. This space is where I am documenting my wellness journey of learning to enjoy food without guilt, recovering from emotional eating, and discovering how nourishing food can still be fun!
