Maple Whipped Cream


I made refined sugar-free Dutch Apple Pie and Pumpkin Pancake recipes recently, and I topped them both with this AMAZING maple whipped cream. It came together in about 5 minutes and was the perfect topping to both! 


Here are the ingredients I used to create a whipped cream using a natural sweetener:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 2 tbs pure maple syrup

  • Pinch of salt


I whipped 1 cup of heavy cream and 2 tbs of pure maple syrup in my stand mixer. I added in a pinch of salt for balance, and I let the cream whip until it formed stiff peaks. 


Simple, sweet recipes without processed sugar! If you try this recipe out, I’d love to know how it goes. I also appreciate any feedback, as I am just starting out learning to use only natural sweeteners in my everyday meals and desserts!
